2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Print Designz, we may collect:

• Contact information: Your name, email address, telephone number, business name, team name, or organization name.
• Quote and order information: Products requested, quantities, apparel sizes, design preferences, deadlines, timelines, shipping details, and communications about your project.
• Submitted artwork: Logos, photographs, documents, design files, and other materials you voluntarily upload or provide.
• Website and technical information: When you submit a form on our website, we automatically record your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser and device information (user agent), and the webpage that referred you. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs of website requests.
• Marketing preferences: Your choice to receive or decline promotional emails from Print Designz, where that choice is offered.

Our website does not collect credit card or other payment information. No payment forms are present on the website.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to inquiries and prepare estimates.
• Communicate about design projects, printing services, apparel orders, and promotional products.
• Process and fulfill customer orders.
• Prepare invoices, maintain accounting records, and manage business transactions.

Submitting a quote request does not automatically place an order or subscribe you to marketing emails.

4. Email Marketing

Print Designz may use Mailchimp to manage promotional email communications.

Where offered, website forms include a separate, optional checkbox for receiving marketing emails. The checkbox is unchecked by default.

Selecting this option is not required to request a quote or purchase products.

Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method. You may also request removal from promotional communications by emailing info@printdesignz.com.

We do not treat consent to receive a quote response as consent to receive promotional marketing.

5. Information Sharing and Service Providers

Print Designz does not sell customer contact information or uploaded artwork.

We share information with service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate our business, including:

• Web.com: Website hosting, business email (including our info@printdesignz.com mailbox and the delivery of website notification emails), and routine website backups.
• WordPress and Breakdance: The software that runs our website, its contact and quote forms, and the storage of form submissions. This software runs on our hosted website; form submissions are not sent to these software companies.
• AI-assisted website administration tools: We use AI tools, currently Claude by Anthropic and the Breakdance AI feature (powered by OpenAI), to help build, maintain, and test our website. Because these tools operate with administrator-level access, they may process website content and stored form submissions while performing maintenance tasks we direct.
• QuickBooks: Customer estimates, invoices, payments, and accounting records. QuickBooks is used for our business records and is not connected to our website.
• Mailchimp: Email marketing for customers who have provided the appropriate consent.
• Google: Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. If we enable Google Analytics in the future, Google will also provide website traffic measurement as described in Section 8.
• Printing, production, and shipping partners: Information necessary to produce and deliver ordered products.

These providers may process information according to their respective service agreements and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights.

6. Customer Artwork and Uploaded Files

Customers may provide artwork, logos, photographs, and other files when requesting printing, apparel, signage, or design services.

We use submitted materials to evaluate requests, prepare estimates, create proofs, and fulfill authorized projects.

Files uploaded through our website are stored with your submission. They are not added to our public media library and are not attached to notification emails. Download links are available only to our logged-in administrator. Access to customer-submitted artwork is limited to authorized business operations and necessary service providers.

We take reasonable measures to protect uploaded files, but no internet-based storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, financial account numbers, passwords, or other confidential records unless we have specifically arranged an appropriate secure method.

7. Data Retention

Print Designz generally retains quote requests, contact inquiries, and related uploaded artwork for up to 24 months after the last customer interaction. We review stored records periodically and delete those that are no longer needed.

Some information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for active orders, ongoing customer relationships, accounting, tax obligations, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Copies of information may also exist for limited periods in:

• Routine website backups maintained by our hosting provider.
• A log of website notification emails, which is kept for 14 days.
• Our business email mailbox and accounting records, which follow the same 24-month review.

When information is deleted from our website, copies in backups are removed as those backups expire under our hosting provider's schedule.

8. Website Analytics, Cookies, and External Services

Our website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Cookies are used only when needed for website functionality, such as for administrators who log in to manage the site.

We plan to use Google Analytics 4 to better understand website traffic, visitor engagement, and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including QR-code promotions. Google Analytics is not active on our website at this time.

If enabled, analytics may collect information such as page visits, device characteristics, general geographic information, and interactions with the website.

We do not intentionally send customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or uploaded artwork to Google Analytics.

Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts and may load emoji images from WordPress.org. When your browser requests these resources, technical information such as your IP address is sent to those providers.

We will update this Privacy Policy and implement any required privacy controls before additional tracking technologies are activated.

9. Data Security

Print Designz uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include:

• Encrypted (HTTPS) connections for our entire website.
• A single, password-protected administrator account.
• Server-side validation and spam protection on website forms.
• Restricted, administrator-only download links for uploaded files.
• Authenticated, encrypted delivery of website notification emails.

The business owner is the only person at Print Designz with access to customer submissions. The service providers listed in Section 5 may process information as needed to provide their services.

Although we take security seriously, no website or electronic communication method is completely risk-free.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including requesting access, correction, deletion, or information about how it is used.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our website.
